Cute little spot, and very functional. Steep steps up to the apartment (it's about 1/2 of a duplex; owner lives next door) but good handrails and lighting. Great deck with chairs (which is uncommon is rainy Juneau) and a working grill; view to below is mostly hidden by shrubbery/topped tree, but there's a sliver of view to the airport and channel below. A bit noisy on deck because of proximity to highway, but it's very quiet inside. Space is as shown...kitchen, dining and living are open plan, bathroom + two bedrooms. Comfy beds with clean/new bedding!  Kitchen well-stocked with new pans, all utensils you'd need, towels, coffee fixings, etc.  We cooked and ate-in almost exclusively during our 5-day stay. Our favorite treat was the little trail up to the fireplace (chiminea) above...nice wood pile, several deck chairs, so relaxing.  Big woods and lots of berry bushes right behind us! A lovely stay; we will return!
