Adam's Place is located right on the shores of Gastineau Channel. His porch is a great location to drink coffee and watch bald eagles. It's located 5 minutes from downtown Juneau, so the location is great for being close to all Juneau has to offer. <br/>We had a problem with the kitchen faucet and let Adam know. He had it fixed in no time. Adam is very responsive. <br/>If there's any downside it's that you really can't walk out the door and go for a walk anywhere. The road to Adam's Place is pretty busy and not sure you can walk along the channel at low tide. <br/>All in all, my wife and I agreed that if we come back to Juneau for another visit, we'll stay at Adam's if it's available.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our flight got in very late after delays and the other guests on the top floor had parked in our spot. I notified Adam right away and parked in the street for the night. Had more issues the next night with parking but not really Adam’s fault - they were having a party and did move their cars. One note is that you hear everything in the unit and above.

The flat is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hot tub was so soothing after days of long hikes and bike rides. Best for folks with a car, as it's a 30 minute walk into town, but the walk is pleasant and the odd Uber was not expensive.  Loved this place!

The views from this oceanfront apartment were absolutely amazing, and the sauna was a wonderful bonus. The apartment was spacious, clean, and featured a large private deck that was perfect for enjoying the scenery. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay outside of downtown Juneau while still being just a short drive from the city’s attractions. I would highly recommend staying here!
