I first fell in LOVE with Juneau during a family vacation in my teen years. As Ashley tells the story I would often talk about moving to Alaska for our next great adventure. In 2013 I checked my work email and to my surprise, there was a new opportunity to relocate to Juneau!! I showed the email to Ashley and she said "Let's go". We sold everything and were on a plane a month later... and haven't regretted it for a moment.
We love everything about Juneau! The views, the community, the remoteness, the seafood.... and did I mention the VIEWS!?!?!
We are here to give you a local perspective on Juneau. We can make recommendations on everything from tour excursions, hiking trails (if you ask for this please include your level of fitness and how adventurous you are), hidden gems (don't like 20,000 tourists... hint neither do we.
