We had a problem with the kitchen faucet and let Adam know. He had it fixed in no time. Adam is very responsive.
If there's any downside it's that you really can't walk out the door and go for a walk anywhere. The road to Adam's Place is pretty busy and not sure you can walk along the channel at low tide.
All in all, my wife and I agreed that if we come back to Juneau for another visit, we'll stay at Adam's if it's available.
